We accept credit card payment, Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. We also accept payment through telegraphic transfer (TT), 3rd-party transfer and personal checks. Neither our servers nor the third-party processing servers store credit card information for any use other than processing the specific credit card transaction for which the information was given and approved by you. In addition, you do not need to be a PayPal member or sign up with PayPal to make payment.

ORDER & DELIVERY


ORDER


1. Fill in the “Purchase Order” form to make your order and click SUBMIT

2. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm your order and payment advice.

3. You need to pay the total amount as per your order.

4. Transfer your payment to the account number as advised.

5. Kindly submit your payment within 48hrs.

6. Email us back the proof of payment. (copy of transaction details/bank transfer slip)

7. All orders will be processed within 2 working days, once payment received.

8. Cancellation of Order
  • Please go to CONTACT US to cancel an order provided the item(s) are not being shipped.
  • o Please refer to RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES if the item(s) had been shipped.


DELIVERY


• No delivery allowed to P.O Box address,

• Please allow 7 - 14 working days for delivery,

• If you did not receive your items within 14 days, please inform us immediately.

INSTALMENT PLAN & METHOD

INSTALMENT PLAN
(This is ONLY applicable to item(s) priced MYR 200 and above).

To confirm your bookings, deposit of MYR 50 is required. It will be refunded once item(s) booked has been paid in full. However, there will be no refund if you decide to cancel your bookings after 48 hours.

METHODS

A. Two (02) Instalment Payment :
  • 1st Instalment = 50% payment of total item(s) booked, and
  • 2nd Instalment = 50% balance of total item(s) booked.


B. Three (03) Instalment Payment :

  • 1st Instalment = 30% payment of total item(s) booked, and
  • 2nd Instalment = 35% payment,
  • 3rd Instalment = 35% balance of total item(s) booked.

SHIPPING INFO

*Please be reminded that all orders will be processed once payments are received.*

Your orders will be shipped as soon as payments are received / crossed cheq are cleared. Price stated includes delivery charges unless stated otherwise. However, if you decide to choose credit card payment via PayPal, the pricing of the product does not include shipping cost, it will be calculated in your "total amount" of your shopping cart.


Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be your own responsibility. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately we cannot predict what the charges will be.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES


We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. However, we will gladly accept any request to exchange that is made within 7 days from the date of receipt subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:

  • Exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and unstained merchandise.

  • Item(s) to be returned / sent back must be in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition

  • Discounted / promotion priced item(s) are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returned Item(s) should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Delivery fee for the replacement item(s) is to be borne by you (customers).


For replacement item(s) of lower value, the excess amount will be credited into customers' accounts with us as shopping points (with cash value), which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement item(s) of higher value, customers will make good the difference.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or item(s) damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned item(s) properly to ensure that item(s) do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.
